How long does it take to prepare my order?

Our gifts are handcrafted with care and intention.

  • Ready-made items: 1–3 business days
  • Personalized or custom orders: 3–7 business days

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you deliver across Lebanon?

Yes, we deliver all over Lebanon.

International delivery can also be arranged upon request. Kindly contact us for rates and estimated timelines.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and will be:

  • Displayed at checkout, or
  • Confirmed with you during order confirmation.
Can I return or refund my order?

Due to the nature of our work, returns or refunds are not available for:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-made arrangements
  • Perishable items (edibles, skincare, etc.)

This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and customization reasons.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • Store credit

Can customized items be returned or refunded?

No.

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.
